Performance

There are a limited number of opportunities for arts nonprofits to perform during the event. Performances will be scheduled based on time stamp of registration receipt, completeness of registration and time requested.

Stage (concrete area in the CityLine Plaza) is approximately 10 ft x 20 ft.
HASR will provide a speaker that you can plug a phone or other device into for music.
HASR cannot provide seating or other items for performers.
Performances are at your and your performers own risk.

Guidelines

What nonprofit provides

Table, chair(s) for your 10’ x 10’ space
Fun activity/game at your space
At least 1 person at your space at all times
Help promoting the event w/ tools we provide
$25 to support event budget

What HASR Provides

10’ x 10’ space just for you
Promotion of the event
Promotional tools for you to use
Signage and balloons (it’s gotta be fun!)
Coordination of performances and activities
Prize drawings throughout the event
Assistant with set-up and tear-down
Donation stations

Not Allowed:

No taking donations at individual nonprofit tables (manned donation stations will be available)
No electrical access
No tents
Minimal water (if needed for activity)
